Come enjoy this newly renovated 1/1 condo, located right on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. You will be just minutes away from beautiful downtown Hot Springs, all the local eats, shopping and Oaklawn Racing & Gaming! Quiet gated community with covered parking. This condo is nicely decorated and has everything you should need for an enjoyable lake vacation experience.
The space
Located just on the outside of town, yet close to all the local amenities. It has a master suite with king bed, flat screen tv and private master bath. In the living/dining area you will find a fireplace, large flat screen tv with cable and free wi-fi, to make you feel right at home. There is a small balcony with partial lake view. Hot Springs has many great restaurants, but should you decide to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for that special dinner. Enjoy grilling out on the patio area by the beautiful swimming pool or take in a game of tennis.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING! Maximum occupancy is 2. Must be 25 or older to rent & show proof of age! This is a NON-SMOKING facility.

The condo was clean just a little more outdated than expected. The check in process was smooth and easy. The lake view wasn’t quite as direct as we hoped, but you can see the lake if you stand up on the balcony. Unfortunately we did not see at the very bottom of the listing that the pool was closed so we were disappointed when we arrived. We went back and looked and take responsibility for missing that but still changed our expectations of the time. The only of thing was the Internet is terrible. If you plan to stream anything you need to use the hot spot on your phone as the internet would come and go and buffer a lot. Overall, we still had a nice time.

The condo was excellent, clean, and very comfortable. A/C was absolutely awesome after a hot day of fun in town. A couple of issues with the condo were that the internet kept disconnecting every 30 or so minutes but the host came and replaced it right away and the other issue was that the kitchen faucet was a trickle stream and was hard to wash dishes and took a while to fill up anything with water. That really needs to get fixed. The other issue was that the pool was getting repaired and was not disclosed to us till we checked in. Relaxing and enjoying the sun by the pool was one of our main reasons we picked this place. The beautiful pool area was the first thing we saw when the property came up on Vrbo and to find out it was not working was definitely disappointing and an inconvenience but everything else around the condo was clean and very pretty.
