Magnificent flat in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with a large terrace with sea views. It has 1 double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate up to four people. Great terrace where you can sunbathe, eat and enjoy the incredible sunsets and sea views.
The building has large communal areas including a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea. Building with lift.
Accommodation of 70 m2 comfortable and fully equipped, located on the beachfront, with great views of the sea and the mountains and a great terrace facing the sea.
It has a double bedroom, bathroom, cosy living room with dining table and fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, etc... It also has two TVs, iron, hairdryer and unlimited Wifi connection.

"La Playa de Las Canteras" is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, stretching across the bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. It is the place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.
It is also a great marine life reserve. Its seabed is home to a thousand types of fish. On land, it is a refuge for walkers, fishermen and surfers. And it has a special peculiarity. This peculiarity is what the locals call "La Barra", a long rocky formation that spreads out not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming it into a natural saltwater pool when the tide is out. A curious line of stones makes the bay the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the salty sea facilitates buoyancy and, when wearing swimming goggles, gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium.
And if you want to walk, we recommend the long promenade that winds along the sand, passing cafés and ice-cream parlours. At the beginning of the promenade you will find the terraces of La Puntilla and the fresh fish restaurants. At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea.

we liked the location, the apartment itself is beautiful and the view is amazing. It had everything we needed and it was just in front of the promenade. the neighbors were very quite.
when is too windy there is a drainage pipe outside that produce some bothering noice very noticeable during the night. Also, we needed to close all windows and leave all inside doors open, to avoid noises The mattress is a bit hard. You hear the waves from the apartment, but we liked that.

Fantastic location, the apartment doesnt have Air&C because there´s no need for it, just open the window and you get a fresh breeze.

Great location, fantastic view on the wonderful Las Canteras beach. We were satisfied with the apartment. The only negative: the bed is not wide enough, even for the average physiqued (but snoring) couples, like us. Krisztina&Janos
