Great location, short walk to a little beach and the marina. This house is great for a large family as it has a very large open space middle floor and comfortably sleeps 10 all in beds. Bonus was the enormous amount of toys in the garage from ping pong to paddle boards and kayaks and even beach games and chairs. Would definitely return again!

Communication for check in and check out was clear. The kitchen and living room is very spacious! Great gathering place for family reunions! Plenty of room/space in the kitchen. Everything was very clean. Nice area for showering off after coming in from beach. Very enjoyable stay!

We had a great experience here! Mark was a fabulous host. This place exceeded our expectations. Mark has added a lot of extras that made it welcoming and fun! Our family had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to come again.
