Welcome to Sunny Poipu Beach! This charming top floor Kiahuna Plantation condo was freshly remodeled with you in mind! Relax on your private lanai overlooking the garden while being steps to the sand. Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Complete with Air Conditioning, Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, king size bed, full bathroom and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too. The vaulted ceilings make your home away from home seem larger than life!
The Bedroom has a Cal King size bed with all new furniture to ensure a comfortable night's rest. The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests (4 total). In the living room you'll also find a TV with cable TV to relax after a day's adventure. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen complete with all of the cooking supplies you can think of!

The condo sits on the third level facing a green garden area. There is no elevator, you have to carry your things up the stairs. Perfect for light packers.
The patio was nice for sitting outside to watch the wild life. Every night a gecko would crawl out into the light to eat.
Overall the inside was clean. The coffee maker could be updated. The pool is not on property, you do have to drive over and across the street to get to the athletic club which closes at 8. I was hoping the pool was open until 9 or 10, as we usually would go straight there after being out and about for the day. The condo is in the perfect location, not too far from the beach. The beach hut, where you get beach towels with a towel card, was very helpful. My daughter enjoyed taking surf lessons with Manoah.
The company answered my text and questions right away. The bed is very stiff and they showed up with extra pillows to help make things more comfortable.
Laundry room is not too far from the condo. You will need to wash towels or sheets as need be. There is a coffee shop across from the condo. Great coffee, be prepared to wait.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Kauai! Was a straight walk down to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The place was clean, all questions were responded to quickly, had everything we needed plus more (the closet was stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards). We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

This place felt like a college dorm. There was moldy, degrading grout in the shower and the window screens were beat up. For check in, we had to try and coordinate an actual meet up with the host, which was really challenging while we were trying to just enjoy our vacation (we were on the north side of the island before coming down to Poipu).
There were moths and a lizard found in our place despite keeping screens closed at all times.
I would not recommend this location if you plan to spend time relaxing at it. However, it is conveniently located from the beach so if you don't plan to spend a lot of time at your home this could do the job.
