About this apartment rental
Enjoy the breathtaking views of West End from the large private balcony and don’t miss the stunning sunset from the roof top.
This 1,800sf condo offers two large bedrooms (Master has one new King bed with walk in closet and full bath, second room is fairly large, it has two new Double Beds) and entry to another full bath.
This bright and clean condo provides a large kitchen with all the amenities to cook with. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, toaster & coffee pot.
Enjoy the communal pool with a refreshing drink after a morning of snorkeling or enjoy time on the spacious balcony which includes a new BBQ, outdoor dining hammock and lounge chairs.
In-suite laundry, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet will make sure you don’t miss the comforts of home.
Only a 5 min walk to West End or a 5 min water taxi to West Bay. West End offers it all with dozens of delicious local restaurants, bars and Dive shops to explore.
Please note -
Electricity is not included in the base rate; electricity is very expensive in Roatan because of this we will check the meter at check in and check out and bill accordingly, we find that if we include this in the base rate, people tend to overuse the A/C and use it or leave lights on when out of the condo, this is not ecofriendly.
The entrance to the condo is secure with a Secuity guard at the beginning of the complex's, the views at sunset condo are gated and need a code to enter property, this unit is on the second level and also has a keypad to enter unit.
The condo is about a 5 to 7 min walk to West End but please be aware that there is a hill or two to walk up, plus our unit is on the second level, so there are about 3 flights of stairs to walk up before you reach the unit, I promise the view is worth it, but if you have health issues this might be a concern.
The airport is a 20 min drive from West End, we will do our best to accommodate special requests, such as transportation from the airport, and providing our connections for tours & activities while you're on the island.

The condo was very nice. It was very well stocked with food items, kitchen supplies, household supplies, towels, linens etc. The view from deck was lovely, many beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the pool area and had it all to ourselves multiple times. The pool was clean but the surrounding deck area could be tidied more often due to falling fruit, leaves and bird poop. Chrystine was fantastic to deal with . Even checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was going okay. The reason for the 4star are issues beyond Chrystine's control. One very noisey rooster early in the morning, 3 noisey dogs that live in the condo below and the 2 big dogs stay on the deck day/night(barking often/ear plugs did not help) and the hill you must access to get to the condo. If one has a vehicle, not a problem. But can be challenging with the heat/ humidity and of course depends on one's age.

Chrystine is an awesome host. The condo is amazing. Everything you need, and more. Well stocked, fantastic appliances, and many extras too numerous to name.Only had one issue, with the bbq, and Chrystine replaced it immediately. Also, had a late flight, and our checkout was extended, no problem.Lastly, the views from the condo are incredible.

This is the perfect place to stay in West End. The unit is large, very clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. The view is fantastic, the pool was fun and Chrystine was always helpful.We walked everywhere - never needed a car - and felt safe everywhere we went day or nightnight

Nice 2 bedroom unit with everything you need for a long or short stay. Beds and furniture comfortable. Just an fyi, the unit is up a steep hill from town and then you are greeted by many stairs to get to the unit. We would recommend a car or use a cab to get to and from town. Overall a nice place and the owner is very responsive to any concerns.
