There were a few issues upon arrival with cleanliness. Most issues were corrected with another visit from cleaning company. However the cleanliness of the outside areas did not get fixed, making it making it difficult to enjoy being outside. Pool was clean, but the chairs, deck area, and entrance ways were full of cobwebs and spiders. Doors were dirty, screened porch and furniture was unusable.
The kitchen appliances were old and need updated, especially the refrigerator. Freezer drawer was hard to close.
The location is great, view of the bay is beautiful. Beds were comfortable.
Downstairs common area needs updating with better seating and larger TV.
