About this villa rental
Fanned out atop a hillside overlooking Great Cruz Bay on St. John's south shore, EauSea boasts a wonderfully spacious floorplan and several downright glorious areas to entertain. Power outages, not a problem. With six tesla batteries and solar system you never have to worry.
With an infinity-edge pool, plush bar pavilion, pool table, TV room, and 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, this villa is ideal for daytime relaxation or evening soirees.
EauSea's location makes for lots of lovely island breezes, and it's also a perfect jumping off point for exploring St. John. And for days when you're more in the mood to put your feet up than go out on adventures, this villa is definitely the place to be. A large great room and kitchen area is equipped with every modern convenience and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The four bedroom suites are private and richly appointed (three with outdoor showers), and each has its own secluded patio with a view of the sea. Returning home after a long day in the sun, you can relax and watch tv by the outdoor bar area or just freshen up before rolling down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay's laid back nightlife.

We found Villa Eau Sea by searching for a home with four equal bedrooms. Having been in St John many times before staying in many, many lovely villas, the pictures depicted a place that looked fabulous. Well, the pictures just didn’t do it justice. This place was beyond compare! A kitchen fitted with every imaginable utensil and appliance, 4 equal bedrooms which provided privacy and sanctuary, and absolutely gorgeous common areas both inside and out. If you are even thinking about this villa, don’t hesitate. Book it! Vernesta at Catered to dealt with all my pre-arrival questions with ease and gave us great recommendations for massages, in-villa yoga, and taxi drivers.

EauSea is our absolute favorite villa on St. John, so much we purposely adjusted our annual summer trip to fit available dates. Perfect location minutes from the main strip, breathtaking sunrise view, the villa itself is dreamy, and the pool is to die for. Catered To is also the only villa rental company we have used for nearly 10 years.

We loved our stay at Eau Sea just as much as the first time we stayed 5 years ago. The house and views are perfection. We felt secluded in Chocolate Hole, however still a less than 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and bars in Cruz Bay. I HIGHLY reccomend vacationing with Catered To. We will be back, and sooner than five years next time!
