It features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a sunroom and vaulted ceilings with skylights throughout the unit. The main floor includes two private guest rooms with a shared bathroom, cozy living room with wood stove, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room and laundry nook. The upstairs loft includes the King Master suite, bathroom, sitting area and a separate sun room to enjoy the lake views and relax.
Your home away from home features a large 46' flat screen TV, blue ray player, cable, Wi-fi, Wii game console with games and sound system with blue tooth capabilities. Everything in the unit is brand new, 1600 thread count sheets, down duvets, turkish towels, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, new furniture, dishes, carpet and even the paint!
From your condo you can walk or drive to the lake access or dock to the fully stocked lake to toss in a line, enjoy a nice walk through the neighborhood and lake area or head off for a hike.
The 27-hole Championship Golf Course is in the center of Pagosa Lakes for your enjoyment so bring your clubs. A short drive brings you to the famous Wolf Creek Ski Area which offers a world class skiing experience for all levels and is famous for receiving the greatest amount of annual snowfall of any area in Colorado.

2nd time staying there, and 2nd was as good as 1st. Great host, clear instructions, clean and cozy place. Love cooking there, sleeping comfortably, beautiful view of the lake, em great neighborhood. Convenient location to everything, but not in the middle of all the noise and traffic. Great grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, gas stations nearby. 40 min to Wolfcreek ski. Will return again!
