The first floor has timber-lined cathedral ceilings and consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, enormous wardrobe, big balcony with breathtaking sea views and large bathroom with bathtub and WC.
All the rooms are air-conditioned and there are insect screens as well as electric sun blinds and electric roller shutters in both bedrooms for sun protection and complete darkness in the night.
The house offers a beautiful subtropical garden, a pool area with sun beds and umbrellas, a big patio with garden furniture and a BBQ area.
Private parking is also provided. All verandas, the balcony and the whole pool area have magnificent sea views.

Villa Almond was a wonderful villa to stay in, providing everything we needed. It was well equipped, had wonderful, uninterrupted views out to sea and was very clean and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning in all rooms. Well situated for access to Vasiliki and Sivota to the south, Nidri to the east and Agios Nikitas and Lefkada to the north. Harry was a helpful and knowledgeable host who was always available without being intrusive. We have been holidaying in the Greek islands for nearly thirty years and I would highly recommend this villa as one of the best we have stayed in.

Such a beautiful Villa.
The garden is truly one of the best we have ever stayed in & the pool was just right temperature wise. The views, one side the sea & the other side the mountains is spectacular.
Inside the Villa is modern, clean & very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay.
Added bonus of Netflix & several global tv channels.
View from the upper balcony is amazing.
Area is great, a few walkable places to eat & a little further a field some of the best beaches on the island.
Really can't think of any negatives.
