The house Martin 29 is located in a family residential complex next to the beach Playa Cristal, stands out for its lush and spacious tropical garden with two swimming pools, surrounded by palm trees, grass and all kinds of plants. The location is in Pino Alto - a quiet and family-friendly residential area, just 40 metres from the seafront of the beach Playa Cristal.
Casa Martin 29 has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an additional toilet. The communal area is spectacular with two pools connected by a waterfall and surrounded by a tropical garden. The location is simply unbeatable, just 40 metres from the seafront promenade in the centre of Playa Cristal, close to restaurants and beach bars.
On the ground floor are: kitchen, toilet, living-dining room and terrace with garden furniture. The terrace leads to a lawn area.
On the first floor: 1 main bedroom - suite with its double bed 150x190, with its full bathroom and access to terrace; 1 double bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed; 1 double bedroom with 1 bed 135x190. On the same floor there is another full bathroom.
The complex is highly recommended for families with young children.
The beach Playa Cristal is located one minute walking distance. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, the beach has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.
COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, accesses, passageways, parking areas, ...) will be subject to the Community regulations and limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations.
In the interest of proper coexistence, rest times will be respected. From 15:00-18:00 and from 22:00-10:00, noise and shouting will be avoided, the volume of television or music players or similar devices will be limited, and, in general, any activity that disturbs or disrupts other neighbours will be avoided. The noise limitation makes express reference to the Acoustic Limitation Law of Miami Platja. For not respecting this law, the agency has the right to not return the deposit.

It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.
It is mandatory to complete check-in online before arrival (Royal Decree 933/2021).

Simplement parfait.
Service au top, suivi au top, réactivité au top, compréhension au top…
Suite à un souci (de ma faute) lors de la réservation, j’ai été très bien accompagné, parfois même avec des réponses tard le soir.

La proximité de la mer et la piscine de la résidence

L’interdiction des animaux domestiques dans la résidence car les chiens aboient et ne permettent pas de se reposer. C’est dommage car tout est fait dans la résidence pou bénéficier de la tranquillité.
