Once you arrive, you can park the car, and take the Suncoast Beach Trolley up and down the beach during your entire stay!

*Property is equipped with exterior security cameras (only). This is to protect our guests and our property as well as aid in the contactless self check-in/check-out process for our guests. Cameras are not monitored on a continuous basis.

Katie and staff were wonderful to work with and couldn't have done more to make our stay pleasant! While I wouldn't spend an extended stay due to no in-unit washer/dryer and no dishwasher, this is ideal for a week. Breakfast and lunch are doable in the room and the location offers easy access by walking or a quick drive to a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping.

Had the whole place for our family reunion. Katie and her staff are GREAT. This is the second time we've reserved the entire place. At one point I suggested we move the reunion to a more central place as the family is scattered from Boston to St. Pete. I got a NO!!!, We're coming back here!!!. Not unhappy as I'm the one from St. Pete. :) I have some sun shad sails that Katie approved which provided shade over half the pool and the outdoor kitchen. I think that really improved the experience. The family pretty much spent the entire cay going from the pool to the beach and back. Bottom line, great location with the Circle K next door, the ice cream shop and beach right across the street and many things to do close by. One of the highlights was a Fishing trip from Hubbards at John's Pass. 6 of the guys caught a bunch of fish which Hubbards cleaned and fileted. We fried it up for dinner...Fresh fish is Amazing. GREAT PLACE WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
