About this house rental
I'm the house and hope you find it as beautiful as I do. It is a large 3500 square feet, open floor concept house which has TVs in each room in case you need a few min to relax and recharge.
This 6 bedroom & 5.5 bathroom gated community home with private pool and spa (like a hot tub) is ready to make your family vacation unforgettable.
Only 9 miles from Disney, close to Sea World, Universal Studios, Premium Outlet Malls, Mall at Millenia and Mediaeval Times. Some great nearby restaurants include Nati’s Southern Seafood Boil, Made in Italy, Big John’s Rockin BBQ and Savions Place (steak & seafood) are less than 15 min away.
A 24-hour Super-Walmart with a liquor store (open til 10pm) is about 4 min away.
The bedroom arrangements - 2 king bedrooms suites, 2 queen bedroom suites, 1 bedroom with 2 twins and 1 bedroom with a twin bed with a trundle so it can sleep 2 (updated pics coming soon). All bedrooms have their own bathroom. One queen bedroom and the bedroom with 2 twins share a bathroom, perfect for a family with young children. All the bedrooms come with their own flat screen TV with basic cable and HBO.
The fully equipped kitchen offers breakfast bar, granite counter-top and dining for 8 people.
This home also has a private pool and spa, lounge chairs and screened lanai for privacy. Also has Wi-Fi throughout and a washer and dryer. There is also a large community pool, gym, volleyball court, theater, business center and playground all by the clubhouse. There is also a grass field right out front if you feel like tossing a ball or Frisbee around. And is a great place for families (with kids) and bringing your extended family.
Optional pool/hot tub heat is available for $50 a night. I recommend adding this option if you are staying between the months of November and April. Pool heat is gas not electric. So, it heats up quick. Spa only is $20/day.

Host was very easy to reach, plenty of room, towels and sheets were supplied, having a washer/dryer made things a lot easier :)

Owner entered arrival date incorrect. Arrived at property and could not check in. Did get it corrected in a reasonable amount of time. Nice house & clean. Need to note for future renters there are no bedrooms downstairs. Overall good stay.

The house was nice, TV in living was not working remotes needed batteries, wall switches had issues upstairs bedroom. Asked for a heated pool needed to get with owner heat wasn’t on or was set very low they resolved the issue. For a house with 10 garbage backed up only can put out 2 bags if not needed to find a dumpster in complex.
