Villa Arteana - Apartment Bonacic

Los dueños eran súper amables. Nos ayudaron con cualquier cosa. El alojamiento es bastante central a pocos minutos caminando se estaba en cualquier lado. Teníamos un parking privado para el coche y prácticamente no hacía falta sacar el coche.

Spectacular sea view from the rooms and from the balcony. Super clean flat. Very nice hosts. Close to the beach.

The road in front of the house gets busy and noisy sometimes. But all other aspects of the apartment counterbalance this.

The Villa Arteana is over 130 years old well-kept house. The apartment “Nena” we rented, was spacious and light, located at ground floor. It’s really good equipped space, which allows us to spent time family in comfortable conditions. The apartment is clear, calm and air-conditioned. We appreciated our hosts, Ranka and Giulio, which are really helpful and professional persons. Due to localization in Opatija, Villa Arteana is suitable for every period of time. We are going to back next year as well !

Nothing to claim. Everything was excellent.

The appartment was located in a beautiful historical house and was nicely equiped: big enough kitchen, livingroom, good bed, toys for the beach, TV with netflix (wich is nice for the kids in between),.... It was near the beach (5 minute walk) and the town/city had enough restaurants, café's, shops,... you could also take a nice walk along the beach to the next town (20 minutes). The hosts were very nice and accomodating. Although they kept to the background they were always stanby to give advise or help and they made us feel like guests to their home instead of guests to their business. They had a subtile way of finding a good balance between being nearby but in the same time giving us privacy. For that, I have to take my hat of to them. Very nice and a surplus to the holiday experience, thank you!

The balcony of the upper appartment had sight on our terras, maybe some kind of partial concealment would be an idea (like a frame roof with grapes growing through them wich would block the sight and in the same time makes the terras more cosy)
