About this house rental
Amity Palms 1 is everything you see in Amity Palms 2 with the exception of the rear bungalow and is available for holiday letting during LOW season. So if your need is for only 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests in 1 x Queen bed & 2 x single (which can be converted into a king if needed) then you can save on your waterfront holiday. But if you require the extra Queen bed and/or 2 Single and a trundle bed in the bungalow then you still have the option during LOW season to include this with the main house for an extra fee.
During school holiday seasons the property is let only as a whole (house + bungalow) - see 'Amity Palms 2'. This is one of the most popular holiday rental properties at Amity Point with its secluded absolute waterfront location with private jetty. It is also fully fenced, so pets are welcome.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

The property is in an amazing location, right on the water with its own jetty, great for fishing and dolphin spotting. Everything you would want and more is in the kitchen, didn’t need for anything which is unusual for a holiday let. The main bedroom overlooked the water and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the deck and spent most of our time out there. The property faces the west and could get quite hot, I would not recommend staying here in the height of summer.
