About this space
Welcome to our spacious home. We invite you to enter a wonderful home with open living area. Cozy up on the couch and watch your favorite Netflix shows with the local fastest streaming internet or sit back and watch the fireplace dance. Cook in your own stocked kitchen. Sink into the soft bed after seeing our local sites Bailey Yard, Buffalo Bill's Ranch, or the Canteen district downtown. Don't forget the large front porch for that morning cup of coffee. Or relax on the back patio by the fire.
The space
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs the first has a queen, second a queen and the third is the nursery with crib and portable crib. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. Downstairs you’ll find the laundry room small family room and 4th bed room with 3 full beds making it sleep 12 double occupancy. We do want to note that the ceilings in the basement are low please watch your heads. Those who are 6' or taller would be more comfortable in the upstairs bedrooms.
Guest access
The neighborhood is fairly quiet, it is a block away from the train track so you may hear some train noise. You're not far from downtown dining and shopping to the east or a small shopping area with a grocery store to the west.
Other things to note
We have teamed up with the local ice cream shop Double Dips located in the Canteen district. With your stay you will receive a discount coupon for 10%off. Double Dips it's a cute little ice cream shop that has fabulous flavors of ice cream & old fashioned shakes too. She also has wonderful baked goods and homemade fudge.
We love to help you with your special events as well we have hosted a few bridal parties (pictures to come) as well as a couple family reunions. Feel free to asks us about those details.

Jerry was truly an exceptional host. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. We had several unexpected, last-minute changes to our plans, and he was incredibly understanding, flexible, and kind throughout the entire process.His communication was prompt and thoughtful, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests. It’s rare to find a host who is so accommodating and gracious, and we are extremely grateful for how much he helped us.We can’t recommend this property and host enough — we would absolutely stay here again.

This house was surprisingly nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room and downstairs TV area had recliners! (A rarity in short-term rentals. Most importantly, the hosts are the BEST we’ve ever had and we stayed at a lot of rentals. The only shortcomings in the house are the fact there is only 1 bathroom and the basement level, while nice, has very low ceilings. We felt very comfortable and at home here.

Awesome place to stay! Hosts were super easy to communicate with and spoiled us with cookies and lots of other snacks and drinks! The place was clean and check in/check out process was simple. Would definitely come back!

Property was welcoming, clean and comfortable. Hosts have thought of everything to make you feel special and fill your needs. Back yard was roomy and well cared for. Corn hole and bbq entertained the whole family. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
