Set within the charming village of Nettlestone, The Timbers is a spacious 194 sqm luxury holiday home designed to feel both indulgent and welcoming. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to encourage connection, comfort, and relaxation.
The open-plan living and dining space invites everyone to come together, featuring plush Loaf sofas, a cosy wood-burning stove, and French doors that open directly onto the garden—perfect for indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy a whole-home sound system (with outdoor speakers), fast Wi-Fi, and multiple smart TVs for effortless entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen blends traditional charm with modern luxury, boasting a Neff induction hob, two electric ovens, and a statement Smeg fridge freezer—ideal for relaxed breakfasts, celebratory feasts, and evening gatherings.

fantastic holiday home, from a 4 to 65 year old everyone had a brilliant time at Timbers. loads of room inside and out .Pizza making in the outside oven was the highlight of the week. The Eco friendly building delivered on all fronts

Very comfortable, clean and everything we required was there for an excellent stay. The outside areas were perfect to sit out for breakfast and also late into the evening. We really enjoyed making pizzas with the pizza oven and also watching the red squirrels. The location was a wonderful base for touring the island and was also a short walk from the super local beaches.
We liked everything.

What a beautiful property! There's plenty of room for everyone. We walked to 2 separate beaches - both within 20 minutes from the property.
The garden and outdoor space was fantastic. Perfect for keeping the kids occupied when at the house.
