If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

I would give this five stars and above .
The villa was immaculate everything you could need was there.
The pool was cleaned every day.
Amelia was a total gem we arrived late and found sandwiches and water in the fridge a bottle of wine on the table.
It sounds to good to be true but I honestly couldna€™t fault it .
Amelia made sure we had everything we needed and cleaned it and replaced towels more than expected
Thank you so much and we hope to return next year if we can.
We did need a car which wasna€™t recommended and immediately Amelia sorted this out for us.

Spotlessly clean and very well appointed villa with loads of kitchen utensils and appliances. Lovely shaded BBQ and sitting area beside the the swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful owner who furnished us with gifts of water melon, pastries and confectionary. Would be very happy to return to this villa.
