This place was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean and the view was amazing. It’s so nice having the pool right by the beach. Highly recommend.

The unit was great! It was in an older development, the unit was very clean. The furniture seemed new, the beds were comfortable. The view on the back and front deck were fabulous! The pool and ocean were right below our unit. The unit was quiet! The washer and dryer seemed new. The communication between us and the host was amazing! They were so accommodating to all of our requests! If you have accessibility issues, this is probably not the unit for you. You will not regret the stay! Fun was had by all!

The first description of the property says ‘house’ then ‘home’ you have dig and read the reviews to find out it is a condo. It says it sleeps 8, does not say the last 2 are on a pull out couch. Also does not say it is up 4 flights of stairs until you get to the booking process. I feel they need to be more transparent with the property. It is a nice property, well stocked with extra blankets and pillows, fan, beach towels, chairs. The pool was not open at the time we booked, I think that is something that VRBO should disclose to renters BEFORE the purchase is complete to allow the renter to change their mind and find another property if the pool is a main reason they chose the location.

Property could use some updates and kitchen needs some items. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Had to have handy man on site twice for A/C issues and backed up shower. Dealing with problems on vacation is not a good time, but as said, the host was responsive and made sure things were made right.
