MAXIMUM CARS ALLOWED: 3 Vehicles. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.
RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.
AVAILABLE SERVICES: Every guest has the opportunity to rent beach chairs beach umbrellas bicycles and kayaks. We can also arrange for grocery delivery. Property is nice, chic decor, comfortable mattresses, good view of the golf course. You will want to rent a golf cart of you want to go to the beach.

We thought the place was wonderful with an ideal location - easy to get to and from the beach. Two complaints:
1. Loved that there was a beach gear credit, but if we had understood that it wouldn't be practical to take the cooler on the tow cart they provided or the umbrella to the beach from our location (we only ended up using the two chairs), we never would have asked for anything over and above the chairs. I feel like the gear place could have been forthcoming about that.
2. Responsiveness from your office was a bit disappointing. We stopped by Monday and asked the woman working the desk to send someone to help us figure out the TV. We were never able to get beyond a roku login for either of the TVS. She told us someone would come by in 30 minutes. That never happened. We did get a call (voicemail) on Wednesday morning, but had given up by then.
Other than that, it was great. The place had everything we needed and then some.

We enjoyed the neighborhood and location. We loved the delivery and pick up of the Vakay bikes. The condo is tired and outdated, (kitchen and baths) but mostly clean. The washer and dryer in a closet in the basement / garage was undesirable and disappointing.
