Enjoy Lake Travis on our cozy classic 42 ft Gibson houseboat: Casa Ocaso!

Watch the beautiful sunsets on our rooftop deck lounge area. Take the paddle board out on the water or take a cozy nap while the waves in the marina rock you to sleep. BBQ/Cook with family and friends right on the water with our propane grill and side burner. Casa Ocaso offers 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, a living room with a pull-out full sofa bed, and its own private swim deck . Well stocked kitchen. 1 full-sized bathroom. The curtains open up to large windows that have a view of the back deck and water. There is also a full bathroom available with a shower, macerator toilet, and sink with plenty of medicine cabinet space and shampoo, conditioner and body soap available for use. Next is the very spacious kitchenette with plenty of countertop space and cabinet space filled with all your kitchen necessities. Please note, there is not a stove top or oven available, instead the propane grill outside provides a burner for your stove top dishes. A mid size refrigerator provides plenty of room for an HEB haul and an equally impressive amount of freezer space. Up a couple of steps you'll step into the Living room where a Love Seat couch faces the large windows/sliding glass door giving you an indoor option for sunset watching. Here you will find some books, card games and another TV with a provided Firestick. When you walk outside, towards the front of the boat you'll be met with the Propane BBQ pit with side burner (propane is provided). BBQ utensils are found in the kitchen. Towards the back of the boat you'll find your favorite place to be. You have an option to stay on ground level and sunbath on the turf feeling like you're in you backyard but surrounded by water, or go on a paddle board ride to explore or bring your fishing pole and have a cold nice beer or even better yet: head up the ladder and sit on the outdoor furniture to the get the best view in the house! On busy weekends and Holidays, enjoy the people watching from the charters coming and going all day!! What an adventure!!

Please understand this is an almost 50-year-old houseboat at a rental/charter Marina, there will be some bugs, party people, waves, and maybe even rain. Come ready to have fun and don't sweat the uncontrollable!
