This adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and numerous windows throughout that provide an abundance of natural light to make this villa bright and airy. Great views await you from the charming and spacious living room that has a cozy feel with a tan sofa and two matching chairs. There is a 55” Samsung flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace.
The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and the dining area and has the same incredible views. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. Six can dine comfortably at the dining room table. There is also a small table for two by the front door, perfect for doing puzzles or playing board games.
One of the most exciting features of this home is through the sliders from the living and dining areas, you will find the large screened-in porch with plenty of seating on the wicker sofa, love seat and chair. There is also a small table that seats two. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views while sipping your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Outside on the large sun deck there is bench seating and four Adirondack chairs. There is also a Weber charcoal grill for dining out. This is an awesome place to get away from it all, gaze at the amazing coastal views, read, relax and just enjoy the peace and quiet!
All three bedrooms are carpeted, the bedroom to the right has two XL twin beds, accent chair and a 32” TV. There is a full bathroom in the hallway that has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Also in the hall is the washer & dryer behind the accordion doors. The second bedroom, on the left, has a king bed with rattan headboard, an accent chair and 32” TV. The master suite has a king bed, accent chair and 32” TV. You have beautiful views of the water from this room and access to the screened-in porch. The ensuite bath has a single vanity, a walk-in shower and two full closets with plenty of room for storage.
The Lands End complex features an on-site pool and 2 private parking spaces per property. You are also a short walk or bike ride to the beach and South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants, water activities and nightly entertainment. Another great vacation in the books. The location, views and community made this rental an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back. Only thing we would change is we happened to have road repairs during our stay.

We enjoyed our vacation. The property is close to the beach walk. The home was configured perfectly for us. We loved the porch and pool area.

Good location and floor plan. Enjoyed screen porch. Baseboards were dirty. Refrigerator needs repair ( freezer handle and ice maker). Floor has serious low spots in a few areas. Termite damage? Rot? It’s bad. Makes you wonder how sturdy the floor joists are.
