We really enjoyed our week in this beautiful house. The game room and VR were a hit with the kiddos, while the adults leaned into the pool, hot tub and theater. Since we planned on an early spring time vacation this year, we wanted to make sure we had enough amenities to relax together as a family during Florida's rainy days without feeling crowded. This place absolutely fit the bill perfectly. With so much space and spread out rooms we had all the room and entertainment we needed. Some reviews commented on the age or wear of the house, and while it certainly isn't new construction we found it to be both nice enough and comfortable enough with littles. The maintenance and upkeep were obvious and the communication from the owner and management group were terrific! Although we had no complaints, we clearly had an open line of communication and resources available should we have needed it. As for location, we were centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Disney is right up the road, as is Old Town, Legoland, Gatorland, and so much more. We even enjoyed beach time without feeling too far away. In closing, we just want to offer a huge "Thank You!!!!" from our family to the owner and management company for the wonderful week spent in your beautiful home. We would highly recommend to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to run it back and do it again!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo and it worked perfectly for our family Disney trip! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a large group with both adults and young kids. The location was excellent — close to Disney, restaurants, and stores, while still being in a quiet neighborhood where we could relax after long park days.The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and became our favorite way to unwind at the end of the day.The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.We made a lot of special memories here and would definitely recommend this property to other families visiting Disney!

This house was great! We loved staying here. The check in instructions were clear and the listing was 100% accurate. The pool was lovely, as was the outdoor space. Our kids loved all the gaming space and gaming systems. They made great use of the theater as well. We really loved the very large table so we could all eat together. My only very small critique is that there should be a few more pillows and extra blankets in the bedrooms as some were only provided with 2 (in upstairs rooms) and thinner blankets on king beds as well.Overall, a really excellent stay!

The house is misrepresented by the photos in this ad they make you believe it is bigger then it is. The house is dated, furniture is cheap at best. Everything needs work, faucets leaking, no hot water, front door knob coming off, body hair found in the sheets, they give you 1 dollar tree paper towel, dollar tree toilet paper, 3 dishwasher pods and a trash bag, there was a lot not working or broke and yes that may have come out to fix but we were on vacation and a time schedule we would've been waiting everyday on something to fix. On a good note the property manager is very helpful and is quick to respond.
