Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a stunning beachfront upper level duplex designed for unforgettable vacations. This 1,400 sq. ft. property features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and a twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The master bedroom, "Sea Star," offers a serene ocean view, while the second bedroom, "Sand Harbor," provides a cozy retreat. Both rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, heating, and a TV for your entertainment.

Please note that ~15 steps are required to enter this unit.

The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxation, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need. The dining area seats six, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining guests.

Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and a private garage. Linens, beach towels, and bath towels are provided for your comfort. Step outside to the private beach, where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. The shared patio with a fire pit and BBQ grill is perfect for evening gatherings.

BEACH ACCESS: The private stairs down to the beach is currently inaccessible. Alternative beach access is 150 feet north at Forester Street.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Great response to our requests/texts.Was disappointed in the internet service (which affected the TV/streaming services). We were told to re-set the router. It was constant and frustrating trying to watch holiday movies. Normally it wouldn't have been such an issue, but due to the rainy/stormy weather, we hoped to use the service more than normal.

This place was the perfect beach getaway. The condo we stayed in was the top floor (out of 2 or 3 units) of the property and sits on the beach. The view was incredible especially during sunset. It’s close (maybe a mile) to all the Oceanside restaurants, shops and the pier but far enough away from the crowds. South (approximately 2 miles) of the property is the town of Carlsbad which also has a ton of restaurants and shops. Before check-in the staff was very communicative. Check-in was a breeze, got a whole garage to ourselves and during our stay there honestly were no issues or reasons to contact management. We had everything we needed for our two night stay. Note that the beach at the property is rocky with a little patch of sand which is very clear in the photos. Just a 10 minute walk north you’ll hit the beach strand path and wide open beaches. The condo was very clean. I brought a friend with me and we each took a bedroom. Each bedroom has two built-in day beds so can fit 4 people per bedroom. I rented this place in April and the weather was perfect. 70’s and sunny. Each morning we sat on our balcony and watched birds and dolphins with our morning coffee. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company was very nice and responsive but the property is in disrepair. For $1000 per night you’d expect more than broken, damaged, and stained furniture. The house is in bad need of touch up paint. The cabinet drawers and doors are broken. The dishwasher is literally falling apart but remarkably, still works. I could write a list of 100 things that need to be done. One of us was bitten by a spider while sleeping so regular pest controlIs clearly needed. The unit below us was rented to a group of young men who were loud, disruptive, and inconsiderate. When I called to report this, nothing was done.
