About this house rental
This luxurious beachfront gem is a rare find in the Stann Creek District of Belize. Located just 4 miles south of Hopkins Village (1.5 hours from Belize City), this home is perfect for large families or groups (10-12 persons). The beach house has 4 bedrooms (7 beds) and 4 baths, an infinity pool and hot tub. Spend your evenings and mornings on the pool deck or on our rooftop terrace. The terrace has a private tanning deck and pergola with a barbecue grill and small kitchen area.
When you arrive to Mi Cielo Beach House, you will find a spacious parking lot for up to 4 vehicles. The entire front of the property is fenced for privacy. As you open the gate to the front yard, you will be greeted with a row of spectacular tall Cuban palms lined by dozens of Fox Tail and Areca Palms. The entire yard and house are surrounded by beautiful plants native to Belize. In the evening, the property comes alive with accent lights and lighted pathways for those evening strolls or coming home from long days out on the ocean or jungle adventures. From the front yard you can access the rooftop terrace and the beach.
When you open the front door, you will be greeted by an open concept living room with amazing views of our infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The living room has a 70” TV and large couch and surround sound entertainment. The living area merges with the dining area where you and your family can enjoy dinners. The kitchen has all the amenities you need including an island.
You will certainly have to fight over who gets the two beachfront bedrooms, each with access to the pool deck and ocean views. Both beachfront suites have king-size beds with sliding doors and screens in case you want to feel the ocean breeze or listen to the waves as they lap the beach. The right bedroom (as you enter the house) is the “master” and has a larger bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have TVs for evening relaxation.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. The 4th bedroom with 4 full-size bunk beds uniquely designed to accommodate families with children/young adults or larger groups.
Mi Cielo Belize Beach House has gone through rigorous inspections and is fully licensed to operate by Belize Tourism Board.

In our house we had my husband and myself, our three adult children and two of their friends/partners along with my sister in law and her partner. We had 9 adults and we all slept comfortably and were able to enjoy the inside as well as the pool/hot tub and other outdoor areas. The house was amazing, the hosts checked in and responded right away when I asked questions. The hose had great instructions and the house was beautiful and functional. We did a lot of sight seeing as well as lounging around the house. I could not ask for anything more. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Cielo means heaven, and thats exactly what this is, a slice of heaven! Upon entering the front door it will literally take your breath away. Every detail is better than the next, and they have thought of it all to make it an amazing experience. From the beautiful oversized marble tiles to the soaking tub and noteworthy artwork. Living room is perfect for entertaining, kitchen is exactly what you want to whip up a gourmet meal. Big bedrooms and OH MY the bedding is comfortable. We slept great!! Tvs in every room, kayaks/lifejackets, cute pier to fish off of (pack a break down fishing pole!) Amazing views from the french terrace feel roof! Plenty of toiletries/towels. Bikes to ride! The host was super amazing, very responsive and helpful - 5 STAR-SERVICE, all the way.
Hopkins:
Hopkins in general is very safe, as they have Tourist Police commissioned, I can't testify for outside of Hopkins (to and from airport). Speaking of airports, take the extra flight to Placencia, as it took us over 2.5 hours of broken bumpy (understatement) roads. Our backs were destroyed by getting there. The food market by Ellas Cool Spot seemed to be the best
Restaurants:
Dock Bar (in Jaguar Reef) was our favorite! An over the ocean tiki bar Drinks were original and tasty! there is a rope swing and jumping in the ocean is encouraged. Great sunrise/sunset place!

Maximos - Great drinks - yummy local food
La Trattoria was handmade & Delish!!!
