Accommodating up to 16 people, this spacious property is ideal for large families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday. The property features seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet, open plan kitchen, living and dining area leading to an entertainment deck, the perfect place to relax after a day out on the water or out sightseeing.
Easy care timber floors throughout, paired with soft flowing curtains create a calm, stylish ambiance. The house is bright and airy, filled with natural light and designed to capture the ocean breeze.
The property boasts plenty of room for your boat, jet ski, paddle boards, kayaks and other water toys and the Toogoom boat ramp is just 1 minute away. For the swimming enthusiasts you will find sandy beaches are just a 3-minute stroll down Moreton Street.

Five Bedrooms - Bunk room with 2 x double single bunks to sleep 4 complete with ceiling fan.

Bathroom – large shower & dual vanity with separate toilet.
Laundry – 10kg washer and dryer, perfect for your large group.
The laundry also includes a 3rd fridge/freezer combo plus a separate large chest freezer.

Living - Upstairs open-plan living area is complete with ceiling fans and has large sliding doors opening onto the spacious timber deck.

Time and Tide was clean, spacious, plenty of room for sixteen, very well -presented bedrooms, all linen, towels and beach towels supplied . A well stocked kitchen and plenty of fridge space. We are planning another stay.
