Welcome to BEACH PASS! Just one short block from placing your toes in the sand, this charming and sophisticated 3-bedroom house in the heart of upscale Margate, NJ, is the perfect location for your family's nostalgic "down the shore" vacation.
Built in the 1920s, this 1,500 sq ft home has been lovingly and completely modernized to feature an open-concept first floor, two recently renovated full bathrooms, and all the luxury comforts you expect, while preserving its solid foundation and historical charm. The east-facing location provides glorious morning sunlight and cool evening breezes.

• 3 Cozy Bedrooms: Master Queen with a private deck, Middle room with 2 Twin beds, Rear room with a Full bed.
• Luxury Linens & Amenities: We provide everything to lighten your packing: high-quality sheets, bath towels, washcloths, beach towels, basic kitchen supplies (spices, oil, coffee/tea), and premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion).
• Ultimate Beach Kit: Enjoy complimentary use of 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a variety of beach games, and a beach cart to haul your gear.
• Beach Badges Included: Save time and money—beach tags for your group are provided for your stay!

Bedrooms & Baths:
• Master (Queen): Your private sanctuary! Includes a deck with seating for six, perfect for morning sunrises or winding down at night.
• Middle (2 Twin): Perfect for kids or friends.
• Rear (Full): A comfortable space with a full-size bed.
• Two sparkling, newly renovated full bathrooms.
Parking & Logistics:
Street parking is available near the property, and we are fortunately located across from the beach blocks where parking often becomes available from 5 pm to 10 am. Guests are welcome to use our shared rear driveway for a maximum of 30 minutes to conveniently unload and load belongings upon arrival and departure.
Please Note:
• The property has narrow hallways and staircases and is not handicapped accessible or child-proof.
Guests will be required to sign a standard lease agreement in advance of their reservation to comply with Margate regulations.

Every thing was good, besides the plumbing issues. The kitchen sink wasn’t draining well, garbage disposal was still working and we didn’t understand what’s causing the water to back up.

We had a wonderful stay. The basement laundry room was a big plus and the outdoor shower included beach equipment. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were comfy and the location was great.
