Sitting on one acre, it is just 10 mins to hotspots Saugatuck and South Haven (directly between), very close to many wineries and breweries, restaurants, shops, a 10-min walk to Glenn Beach, and a 10-min drive to some of the most popular beaches on Lake Michigan including Oval Beach, Douglas Beach, Pier Cove, North Beach & South Beach.

This was such a cute home. I almost never leave reviews but had to for this one! I really appreciated that there were so many things accessible in the kitchen and dining room. We had a great family meal around the dining room table. It was a beautiful and cozy home!

My husband were in awe at the house and the decor. The home was beautifully finished and very cozy. With a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, comfy beds, and a beautiful yard, it was home away from home.

The house is vintage and charmingly decorated, especially the living room. Kitchen and baths have been updated / modernized. It was very clean; and the kitchen itself was very functional. The street and neighborhood don’t look like much, but the location is very convenient to Saugatuck and even South Haven and various beaches. 2 items which “could have been better”: 1) it was very warm weather and the upstairs AC’s were only operational in 2 bedrooms. Hallways and baths were warm. 2) the yard was spacious but somewhat overgrown and not as neat and manicured as in the photos. Hosts were very nice, welcoming, and communicative.
