About this apartment rental
Escape to paradise in a new 1 bed/2 bath centrally located in Marathon. Our condo is steps away from open ocean views, where you can fish off the docks, lounge under one of the many Tiki huts, or cool off in the vast elevated swimming pool that overlooks the Atlantic. Fully air conditioned clubhouse on property is equipped with a commercial ice machine. Convenient grilling stations located next to the clubhouse, to cook your fresh catch. Come enjoy paradise. There`s one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There`s a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.

Beautiful & relaxing condo complex & fairly new.All the necessities are in the condo for your vacation & it is clean and neat. Pool is great & relaxing nice scenery on the water with the pier. Two full bathrooms were great for us. Outside area is very neat with a community area. We enjoyed our time a lot. Frank the host was good & easy to deal with & gave simple instructions.
