This place was perfect for our family of 7 (with 4 adult kids). The neighborhood is super quiet and well kept, and the back deck view of the red rocks is unreal—honestly looks like a painting. Watching the hot air balloons in the early morning was such a treat.The house itself is modern but still really warm and cozy, with lots of comfy spots to hang out. We loved the hot tub and game room—it made it really fun to just stay in and relax together. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the big round dining table was great for meals and long conversations.Beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated all the little extras like plenty of towels and big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in every bathroom.We stayed somewhere else for the rest of our trip and kept saying how much we missed this place. Next time, we’ll definitely just book here for the whole week.

The views were amazing. A/C units were challenging to operate and unsure the master bedroom unit was operational. Called about the dishwasher not cleaning, detergent not dissolving and error messages/alarms after the cycle was complete.
