In the building of 1700 the apartment is located, upon entering you will be immediately greeted by a beautiful dining room with a very bright high vault and a large wooden table, with 10 seats, from here you can then access the bedroom with a balcony overlooking the historic center and port. Continuing you get to the kitchen from which a staircase leads to the fantastic terrace equipped with a kitchen from a large table in the shaded area, from here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the whole country. The kitchen also leads to a large spacious living room with television and 2 sofa beds, then the bathroom with a bathtub. the master bedroom in a star-vaulted room over 4 meters high, very beautiful.
Apartment and 100m from the first beach, 50m from the main square where there are various shops and and the bus stop heading north or south, 100m from the historic center for beautiful walks and 10 minutes from the train station.

Great apartment for the purpose of holiday. Located near the beautifull old city of Giovinozzo and near the Beach.Very helpfull thoughout the stay even though our lack off Italien language made it harder to understand.

We were greeted by the lovely Mariella even though we arrived very late (flight delay). Antonio arranged for us the be picked up at the airport by Luca who was so gracious and helpful. Then the home was perfect. Yes, there are a lot of stairs (but in the 17th century there weren’t many elevators). And, yes, there are a couple of short doorway thresholds but folks back then were shorter. We loved these idiosyncrasies! Step and duck has us physically fit now. The place opened up to the port piazza which was teeming with activity every night. We were hoping to enjoy a true Italian experience and we got it. The place is steps away from beaches which we enjoyed every day. There are also restaurants steps away and gelaterias everywhere. We met some lovely neighbors and cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Antonio and Chantal place. Definitely recommend it and hope to be back one day.

This holiday flat is huge and situated in the core of this beautiful old town Giovinazzo. The whole stay was great. Well equipped for people providing themselves. The communication with the landlord was super easy and he was very helpful at all times.

The apartment located in a historical building has huge bedrooms, 2 amazing living rooms, a comfy kitchen but the real beauty is the roof top: its spectacular view is priceless. The host Mariella gave us all the attention needed throughout our vacation always ready to answer positively to the phone. Giovinazzo in addition is full of life and traditional evening party:Truly recommend this place...I'll be back for sure🥰
