Modern Beach Apartment in San Agustin, newly refurbished for up to 2 people (and a baby sleeping in a cot). The beach is only a 1 minute walk as well as restaurants and supermarkets.
This nice flat with cappacity for up to 3 people has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a bathroom with shower and washing machine and the kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
This appartment is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, beach, pharmacies...on foot.
The promenade leads to San Agustin and Las Burras beaches and with a further and pleasant walk you can get to Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas resorts. This is the perfect apartment for a comfortable beach holiday with all amenities at hand.

Nice apartment. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Quiet area, only a 10 minute walk along the coast from beautiful Las Burras beach (less windy than local beach), and local shops. Also very handy for coaches to the airport. Having a key box for the apartment was very useful. We appreciated being able to leave the keys securely when we visited the beach. Nice balcony with a sea view. Really enjoyed seeing and hearing the sea from the apartment balcony. A couple of things that could be easily rectified stopped me giving 5 stars. It was great to arrive to a very clean apartment. However, the smell of cleaning products was strong and was unpleasant but was gone in 24 hours. Secondly a blind on the balcony was broken and partially obscured the sea view.

Very nice place. Modern and clean. Everything as described. We enjoyed the beach a lot. Place is quiet.Nice walk along beach to Maspalomas.Swift replies from host.We would be happy to stay again.

👍 The apartment is small but wonderfully furnished and perfectly equipped. The Communication with the landlords runs smoothly and the response is very quick. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need. From the apartment its just a few steps to the beach. We love the area and have been there many times. Perfect if you like it quieter or for families. We would came back again, thank you very much for everything.
