Plus:Responsive hostInsanely good curb appealVery cleanSpace for people to spread outVery comfortable beds with nice beddingFantastic closet spaceSO close to everything we needed!Why it didn't get a 5The "Twin Beds" aren't twin beds - they are fold out floor level sleeping pads that are narrower than a traditional twin. They could be moved for convenience, but would have been difficult if we had older/less mobile people. There weren't enough extra blankets/pillows for the sleeping pads when we got there, although the host quickly addressed that when I messaged them about it.The kitchen wasn't quite as well stocked as we are used to for rentals - not many mixing bowls, no sheet pans, just missing a few items that would have made cooking significantly easier.A few other things to note but not something that factored in the rating:Adjacent to the freeway - it was mostly "white noise" inside the house and the host supplied ear plugs by each bed (we didn't need to use them)I had a couple showers run cold. It could have been me taking too long, but still shorter than I am used to. The streets are narrow. We have a full size truck, and neighbors park on both sides of the street. If you have a trailer or a really wide vehicle, just be careful. We didn't use the outdoor space due to it raining for most of our stay, but it looked pretty.

The house and location were great. Some things were not stalked when we arrived. But the host gave access to get to them. The flowerbeds need to be weeded and outside trash cans need emptied. The host was very nice and quick to respond with any issues we had. The cleaning crew could do a better job.
