About this cabin rental
The Bear’s Den on Mountain View Rd small cabin loaded with charm Its modern meets rustic with aromatic fresh pine and cedar shiplap open concept living & dining areas, coffee bar copper accents King bed with alarm clock white noise machine ceiling fan and cedar closet. A Fullsize futon in living area. Corn hole game, 10 acres view of Rabbit Ear Mountain PRETTY sun rises and sets and star filled skies. Come hibernate at the Bear’s Den with RV hookup
The space
There is a gravel drive and a concrete wrap around porch with pine trees and a pergola. The cabin opens to the living area with kitchen and dining to the left bedroom and bathroom to the right. Board games and puzzles at hand. 2 large televisions. Great space. We also have full RV hookups for 30 and 50 Amp with water and sewer.

Well appointed, comfortable, and lovely setting.

Quaint, well appointed cabin in a quiet location. Both the futon and king bed slept comfortably, shower was hot with plenty of good towels. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Clean, plenty of space, good kitchen set up, nice touches such as snacks! Beautiful setting away from town yet convenient to restaurants and grocery.

We are an hour out in our electric car needing to charge ; counting on charging because it is in the description that an EV charger came w the house .
An hour out the host messages us that she is an RV host property and that there will be an RV plugged into the charger we needed and had counted on using .
If you are driving electric and need to charge just be aware it may not be available .
There are up to two RV spaces right next to the house that are rented to passing through RVs; so know there may be as many as 2 RVs parked next to the house, right outside.
The people in the RV for us we’re incredibly quiet ; but know your peace depends of the people in the RV(s).
She did offer for us to charge at her house which we are grateful for ! We really are !
Because she did we were able to fully charge overnight . Thank you so much for that
The house was so clean and I mean clean like I like clean. Her efforts are incredible ; she left so many snacks, the coffee bar is really nice . You can choose from a full pot of coffee or a Keurig. It’s wide open empty country very nice .
The description gives impression that you have 10 full acres w exception of other tiny house . The listing doesn’t say that 2 RV spaces are also rented at same time right outside .
