SEMI-OCEANFRONT Waves - Sea Vista Dr - BLUE WAVES was made for relaxing.
Enjoy a stress-free day out by the sparkling private pool, complete with a tiki bar with a mini fridge, sink, and ice machine, where you have room to host the family while the kids play. Or take the fun to the beach via the community boardwalk.
Come back inside to the game room and spend hours playing games of pool or foosball. You don’t even have to leave the floor to put the kids asleep, let them rest in one of the three rooms, one room has three single beds that shares a bathroom with a room that has a set of regular bunks. One master bedroom with a private bathroom completes the downstairs.
Walking to the next floor has never been easier, BLUE WAVES has stairs inside and outside to access all levels. Sink into the hot tub on the covered deck that overlooks the pool area or rest your eyes in one of the four bedrooms on the first floor.
Walk up to the next floor, and cook a meal in the beautiful kitchen that has a breakfast area for a quick bite or gather the family for a meal in the dining area. A screened porch with a picnic table offers an outside dining experience that you’ll remember forever as you listen to the sounds of Hatteras Island. Oceanfront for this area does not mean directly on the ocean so you cannot see the beach from the home. I think its fair to let people know this. But it was still a great home and great beach.

Great location, close to beach. Plenty of room. Two refrigerators were nice to have and outside ice maker was great. Had a great time. Enjoyed the house and our vacation there.

It was such a spacious house, it was very clean when I got there and they even called to see if everything was okay and if I needed anything everything was just a 10/10

Let me start by saying we delt with Surf and sound realty not the homeowner. When we arrived (1:30ish) the cleaner (1person) was cleaning so we went for lunch and to explore. We came back around 4:30 and she was still there cleaning. Around 5:00 she told us it was clean and we could enter. While we were in scoping the house, a manager showed up and told us we weren’t supposed to be in until he had inspected the cleaning. He found a few things that needed addressing. We had noticed that there was a large amount of trash under the house and the ice maker in the tiki bar was not working. Manager had maintenance come out the next morning and clean the trash under the house. The ice maker was never fixed. Saw a note in the house that the ice maker was broaden at least the week before. The house is located near the community board walk(approx 4 houses) and it was an easy walk to the beach. The house was nice but is aged. There are some cosmetic things that need addressed but over all we had a great time and the house did serve us well. We had 6 kids in 2 families that ranged from 5-11. They had a great time playing and hanging out on the 1st floor. Pool was cold and for the price should be heated, shouldn’t have to pay an extra fee for heating the pool. We usually pay more to get a pool for when the kids get tired of being on the beach but wasn’t expecting it to be so cold (colder than ocean) they wouldn’t want to get in. We did enjoy the large porches each evening and the hot tub was great. House was good for waiting a little to long to book.
