Between Immenstaad am Bodensee and Hagnau lies the beautiful Schloss Kirchberg. In its neoclassical east wing, you’ll find this elegant 70 m² apartment for 2 guests. Located on the first floor, the apartment features spacious rooms with high-quality, custom-made designer furniture and fine parquet flooring. It includes a living room, a small kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with double bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Fans and cable TV are also provided.
From here, you enjoy views of the stately Baroque garden and the castle courtyard. Thanks to the elevated position of the castle, 25 m above Lake Constance, you can admire expansive vineyards, the deep blue lake, and the Alpine panorama on the horizon while having breakfast in the garden or sunbathing. Fresh flowers and chocolate await you on arrival, setting the scene for a romantic stay.
Immenstaad is 1.5 km away and offers supermarkets and various restaurants. The lake is just 25 m from the apartment, a 4-minute walk through the vineyards. While there is no private beach for guests, you may swim in the lake. Bicycles can be rented at a nearby petrol station (1.5 km away).
A public parking lot is available at the castle, and there is also a parking garage. The garage is available only on request. Your host is happy to provide tips for local restaurants or attractions upon request. Fresh bread in the morning is also available on request.

Pros: The location was incredible, right on lake Constance, amidst vineyards, and the host was so kind and hospitable! The apartment was spotless and fresh, which made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Manuela brought fresh bread daily, and made us dinner reservations at the best local restaurants. She thought of all the little touches: chocolates, local wine, butter (can’t live without), a nice GHD hairdryer, memory foam mattress, fresh bedding, candles lit in the passageways… It was such a memorable stay, and we slept great. Totally recommend for a getaway!

Pros: Unfassbar tolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin!!! Wunderschönes und stilvolles Ambiente.
Cons: Laute Bundesstraße, Fenster dichten jedoch gut ab.

Pros: Wir wurden freundlich und fröhlich von der Mutter der Vermieterin begrüßt. Die Wohung ist ein Traum, sei es von der Ausstattung, der Gemütlichkeit, der Einzigartigkeit, der direkten Lage am Radweg, zum Yachthafen und Hafenbistro. Auch darf der tolle Ausblick in den Garten, auf die Weinberge und den Bodensee nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Was jede Frau freut: frische Blumen in jedem Zimmer.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das extrem bequeme Bett, welches wir sofort nachkaufen würden.
Eine runde Sache und eine klare Empfehlung sich hier eine Auszeit zu gönnen!
Cons: Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man tagsüber schon den Straßenlärm. Nachts kann man aber ohne Probleme bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, dann lässt der Vekehr deutlich nach.
Das Bad ist im Gegensatz zu den restlichen Räumen schon sehr klein. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
