About this house rental
On snowmobile trail via road or lake. Nicolet National Forest trails just East of location. Snowmobile parking literally outside your door. Large lot with no public view of house. Snowmobile trailer parking. Less than a mile to downtown Eagle River or head East into the National Forest and avoid town. Snowmobile gas on trail couple miles East. Snowmobile rentals couple minutes away (Boat Sport Marina). Less than a block from Eagle River Ice Arena.

Featuring1600 Sq.Ft. private home with King Bed in Master Bedroom with a Southern view of the Lake, Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom and a King Bed in Loft. 2 bath rooms. Full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishware. Home is 7 years old with spacious rooms. Summer; Private pier with electrical power at pier(ask and will be provided) Subtle, sloping water depth on a quiet bay and home is set away from the road... so safer for the kids. Deck with a view of the lake. Just down the road from a free public launch. Roku included in Master Bedroom and in Family room. Fire pit, firewood and gas grill all included. Property is located directly on ATV Trail and snowmobile trails including lake trail within view. Home is Licensed and inspected by local health dept. There is a small strip of sand bar(no rocks or logs) that is 31”deep. Sand bar is 50 yards away from dock. Water is deep again at dock. Please consider your boat limitations.

Great and quiet little bay on Catfish. Amazing skies at night. Had a great week, and Mike is an awesome communicator. "Mama" the deer and her fawns are constant companions. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the home to be clean and well stocked for our needs, access to the lake was great. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the deck with the vintage outdoor furniture. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Just as last time, property was perfect for the 4 of us! Only comment is that the sand bar off the dock seems to have shifted as we weren't able to dock our rented pontoon. Hubby and brother-in-law weren't comfortable getting any closer to the boats tied up at the other docks to get around it. Turns out it didn't really matter as we got rained out one of the 2 days, and marina was happy to keep the boat there for us. All in all, other than the rather unpleasant weather, we had a great stay! thank you!
