There is a camera on the front of the property pointing towards the front yard. It is NOT active.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

We traveled to see family, didn't really stay at the house much really just slept and showered there but I could totally see us just hanging out. Has cute tables out front of the house. Rooms are roomy, it is an older house but well kept. We didn't use the kitchen or living room but it was all clean and connected from what I could see. Wendy communicated with me during our stay to make sure everything was good. Over all pleased with the place and experience in this town.

Clean place. Nice and tidy. Tight space in the bathroom. Water pressure was very low. There’s a half bath that’s not listed on site. Overall, a nice place.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The listing was misleading. The home is in an area that did not feel safe . I was unaware that the house had been sectioned off and contained doors with locks that I’m assuming were part of the rest of the home . It is an older home and although it was decorated nice & was clean in most areas the smell of the home is distinct. We considered leaving as soon as we arrived but having spent almost 600 we had someone who was from the area come check it out and eventually stayed . I would not recommend for a group of ladies .
