About this house rental
Discover southern Brittany and the Pays de Retz. Choose the ideal destination for a holiday, with family or friends, with multiple activities. Set down your suitcases in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods of Saint Brévin; "L'Océan". With 8 kilometres of fine sandy beaches and the only dune forest in Loire Atlantique, Beyond relaxation, swimming and fishing, water sports are very well developed there.
The Villa "Les Pins" is in harmony with the seaside houses of the resort. Located 300m from the large beach of "L'Océan" in the town centre of "Saint Brévin L'Océan", just a stone's throw from shops, casino, spa, bars, restaurants and fairground rides during the high season. With an area of 166m², in the heart of a enclosed plot of 900m² shaded by pine trees, it has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people.
She has on the ground floor a double bedroom (140cm bed) then upstairs two double bedrooms (140cm beds), a bedroom with two trundle beds and a suite (160cm double bed) with ensuite, WC and balcony.
The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and food processors.
The lounge-dining room has a smart TV and WIFI connection. Decorative fireplace not available during your stay.
A bathroom and an ensuite, both independent, complete the house.
For maximum comfort, the laundry room is equipped with an additional fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair and booster seat), fan, ironing board and iron. Garden tables with chairs, an electric plancha and a table tennis table are also provided.
