This house is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and a 1200 square foot deck. Throughout the home are beautiful distressed floors, large LED flat screen TV's (4), an upgraded huge kitchen, a gigantic dog run and a hot tub. The home has central air conditioning and heating. It has two stories with the master bedroom ( New California King size pillow top bed and 43'' flat screen TV) , and one bath along with a spare bedroom on the top floor (New Queen size memory foam bed and 42" wall-mounted flat screen TV). The living area, dining room, and large kitchen are all on the top floor. The living room has a rich sofa and love seat which face the wall-mounted 55' High Definition smart TV that enables you to access various apps including Netflix, Hulu, etc. It is the epitome of comfort for the family night or that important football game. The house has a new central air conditioning and heating system. There is a huge deck that wraps around the entire upper floor of the home with a ramp for your pooch to wander safely into the enclosed 6' high chain link fenced dog run. The dog run is more like an entire back yard. The bottom floor has a large family room with a lazy boy sofa and love seat, pool table and a 42" flat screen TV. There is a huge laundry room and one bedroom, (Brand new Queen size memory foam bed and 1 bunk-bed) and a bathroom on the bottom floor. The king and two queen beds are furnished with plush bedding so you will have the utmost in sleeping enjoyment.

The house is very cozy and the deck is a wonderful place to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Relax on the deck with a drink and your loved ones while watching the pine trees grow, or just sit in one of the canvas sky chairs with your legs up. relaxing, reading a book or just taking a nap. You will feel like you are floating on a cloud. The large overhang on the deck will keep the sun from your eyes and somehow makes the temperature seem to be just right. The living , dining and kitchen area are open and lead to the upper huge deck. It is a great place to entertain your friends and family. There is a private hot tub off the master bedroom and a pool table and arcade in the family room. Wi Fi, high speed internet and free long distance calling are provided.

Enjoy your day at Lake Alpine fishing or in the winter months skiing or sledding at Bear Valley. The area hosts numerous adventures, including The Big Trees National Forest, Bear Valley music festival, Ironstone Wineries and its series of concerts throughout the summer, the quaint town of Murphy's with its history, small shops and local wine tasting. Drop down into the earth into one of the moaning caves or for the brave go zip lining through the canyon. Visit the town of Columbia, an old gold mining town where your children can pan for gold, check out the old blacksmith or just ride into history on a stagecoach.

Angels camp has its annual Frog Jump extravaganza while Murphys has its annual St. Patty's Day parade and Arnold has a real hometown fourth of July parade down main street followed by a bar-b-que in the park.
