• Damage Insurance Fee: $100 covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage

BEACH INFORMATION
The beach fronting Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that affect its size and accessibility. During fall and winter, sand may temporarily wash away but typically returns in spring and summer. Our HOA, the County of Maui, and the State of Hawaiʻi continue working to restore Kahana Bay. If beach access is limited, a public beach access is located within a 5-minute walk.

Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko.

Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you notice excess activity — we’ll coordinate with the HOA.

Need a new refrigerator. Doors had no bars to hold bottles in. If no ice maker than definitely new traysChocolate was a nice touch!

Beach views were great. Condo was spacious slightly dated but expected this.! Pool was great! Wine opener was broken...I had to go buy one. I asked the front desk concierge but they said they weren't allowed to help with this issue so I bought one. I wasn't thrilled about the required paid parking fee 21/ day. at this particular Condo resort " Royal Kahana. " I felt the condo was clean but not as clean as it could have been.
