About this apartment rental
Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.
Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi
- Air conditioning via window unit
- Off street parking
Guest access:
Guest access via keyless electronic lock.
House rules:
- No parties
- Maximum of 2 guests (no exceptions)
- We do not allow pets
- All guests must be at least 27 years old

Exceptional place to stay when visiting the Mystic area. It’s just a short walk to downtown shopping and several great restaurants, which made everything very convenient.We especially enjoyed the local church bells—they played music throughout the day but stayed quiet at night, which was perfect.When we arrived, the apartment was spotless, well-furnished, and very welcoming. The digital entry was simple and hassle-free. The kitchen was fantastic, stocked with quality dishes, and we absolutely loved the espresso machine. Having a stacked washer and dryer was also a great bonus.We drove a midsize SUV and had no trouble parking, as long as everyone pulled forward and stayed within the marked brick outlines in the gravel area.Sometimes when traveling you expect a few rough edges, but everything here was truly top-notch. Mike was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly.We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful from even before we got there. We were coming in before a blizzard and Mike reached out to us the day before to warn us and see if we needed any help. The appartment was super clean and had everything we needed and more. We were there for about 5 weeks, and enjoyed every minute! Mike is the best host we have ever had!
