Beautiful room in downtown Roscoe. Located across the street from the famous Beaverkill River! Distilleries, restaurants and fly shops are within walking distance.

The description was accurate. It was exactly what we needed for our one night stay. It’s right in town so it was walking distance to food and some cute little places. Communication with the owner was pleasant and extremely fast. We would stay there again.

It was a perfect location for what we needed….it was clean and affordable. Check-in had a hiccup but overall a great experience. PS. The ice machine could a good cleaning.

Easy to find. Central to the locations that we wanted to visit. Sadly we found the beds very uncomfortable.
