With 4 king bedrooms, a private outdoor hot tub, and a short walk to Schweitzer Village, this home blends incredible mountain access with spacious comfort.
Whether you’re chasing powder or soaking in the views after a day on the mountain, this home delivers the perfect Schweitzer experience.
Skip the shuttles and parking lots. Walk out the door, click in, and glide straight onto the mountain. At the end of the day, ski back to the home and step right into your private gear area.
Just above Schweitzer village, this mountain modern house is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a phenomenal vacation experience. Ski-in, ski-out, right onto Midway Run, just above the lodge. Walk to the village for food and shopping. Amazing vistas include the slopes and Lake Pend Oreille. Watch sunrise from your 6 person hot tub. Head right out your door to ski 2900 acres of runs.
Guests are surprised by the amazing amenities, including chef's kitchen with 48" gas range, 2 dishwashers, 14' long island and room for everyone at the dining table. The house has 4 full bathrooms, hydronic heat, WiFi, A/C, iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, 1 car garage and heated driveway for 2 more cars. Custom furniture and electric blinds throughout the home.
The first floor holds a large one of a kind ski room with everything you need to get ready for hitting the slopes. This room is equipped with boot/glove dryers, beverage fridges, storage, large screen TV, a place for all your gear to dry out. Room enough for relaxing before and after the day's activities. Also on the first floor is a guest room with king bed and ensuite bathroom and a bunk room with king bed and 2 sets of bunks, with its own bathroom, perfect for the whole family or put all the kids together.
Upstairs holds the large living room, dining area, kitchen and 2 more bedrooms. Soaring 17' vaulted ceilings with exposed steel and wood beams allow for unparalleled views of the Schweitzer, Lake Pend Oreille the Cabinet Mountains. The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, 2 shower heads, water closet, double sinks and walk-in closet. The second guest room also has a king bed with views up the ski hill. Adjacent bathroom has walk-in shower and views of the ski hill.
You will want to rebook this house for all your return visits to Schweitzer. It's the perfect location for wedding stays and large families. We use this as our ski house too and may be able to open up more dates. If you don't see the dates you are looking for, please send us a message.
Schweitzer is a 2 hour drive from Spokane International Airport. If you fly private, Sandpoint Airfield is only 8 miles away at the bottom of the mountain. Pre-arrival grocery shopping can be arranged. Have your food here and waiting for you when arrive.

This is house is in an ideal location at Schweitzer. It is an easy walk/ski down the road, maybe 50 feet to hop on Midway and ski down to the village or the Basin Express. It is super easy to access. It is also only a short walk along the road to the main village.The house itself is gorgeous and really well appointed. The space is fantastic, the amenities and furniture are all top notch. The kitchen has everything. The hot tup is also great. The downstairs, next to the main entrance, has the most amazing gear storage and boot/glove drying system that I think I could imagine.The check in process was fine, but it was a little tricky to find a time that worked for both the property manager and myself, but overall, it all worked out.The kids LOVED the bunk room. So much fun.

We enjoyed an amazing time at your beautiful home at Schweitzer! The house is so well laid out, had all the amenities you could need - the perfect home for a family vacation. Thank you to the host and property manager for being so responsive and warm and welcoming. We'll be booking again!

We have stayed in dozens of high end ski in ski out and all the name brand resorts. This place is among the best, great ski set up, great and well equipped kitchen. Good social space. If you ski and cook and eat, this place is great.More snow would have been nice. Only way this place could be better is if we could avoid the very short walk to ski access.

Beautiful home that has everything needed for a wonderful stay! The boot heater/dryer was a hit with everyone along with the 1-2 minute walk to the slopes. The kitchen was stalked and the beds were comfortable!
