Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna (all included), sun terrace, washing machine. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 14.8 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 m. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
