About this apartment rental
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located close to campus just off of Hwy. 105 extension. This second floor condo has a full size kitchen, private deck off master BR, ceiling fans, air conditioning, TV/cable, and washer/dryer. Entry is by keyless entry key pad on the door. Great location to stay for ASU functions or you could explore some of the many activities that Boone and the surrounding area has to offer such as snow tubing, skiing, zip lining, golfing, fishing and hiking. Or you could enjoy spending time around town shopping and dining at the many restaurants.

The place meet our needs. Everything was comfortable. There were some type of scent releasing container that was settling off my allergies. We tried to move it away from where we were setting up but it was in the air. Please ask if that type of thing is needed. Appreciated the nice treats. Would stay again if in the area and request that scent dispenser be removed before our visit.

This was such a great place to stay!! The condo was clean and everything was so nice, from the sheets to the toilet paper! The only thing I think could be improved was non-slip stickers in the showers!

The place was clean as always. Upstairs neighbors are SO loud stomping the floor sometimes rattling the lights. Very displeased with the noise.
