About this apartment rental
Superb new apartment of 70m2 fully equipped that can accommodate 7 people.
This apartment is ideally located in the center of the resort, between the tranquility of the village and a few steps from the snow front, from the start of the piste and cross-country ski trails, restaurants, bars, shops, rentals ski, ESF, kindergarten, daycare and medical office.
At the same time sporty, family and authentic in the middle of a larch forest, Courchevel La Tania is located in the heart of the Domaine des 3 Vallées.
A circuit of free shuttles during the day and in the evening is at your disposal very close to the pedestrian center of the station to take you to the 5 other villages of Courchevel and to the magnificent new aquatic center Aquamotion.
The apartment consists of:
an entrance with a clearance, large storage cupboards and a bench allowing to take off and get comfortable
a large living room including:
an equipped kitchen - induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fruit press, food processor -
a dining area
a living room with 3 armchairs, 2 of which are reclining electric and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people
The wooden sub-slope above the fireplace offers a charming mountain corner for listening to the crackling fire, watching TV (flat wall screen) or entertaining (cards, board games, Wii available)
This spacious room benefits from natural light thanks to its 3 openings including 2 large sliding glass windows overlooking the outside
a bedroom with a 160 bed and 2 large closets (storage + wardrobe)
a bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds, as well as a baby bed if necessary and large closets (storage + wardrobe)

A lovely flat very close to the centre of La Tania but in an elevated position avoiding the noise. Main bedroom a very good size. Second bedroom is good. Third bedroom is a 4x bunkroom which is perfectly adequate for teenagers. Great showers/plumbing. Kitchen is fabulous and fully kitted out and a big communal area with comfortably accommodates 6. Washing machine a real plus. Perhaps 100m to the slopes, but down a steepish road. With snow/ice, would be better to walk down the external stairs if in ski boots. Consider arranging for a ski locker at the hire shop or by the Tania telecabine. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!

Beautiful apartment in a great central location. The hosts communication was excellent and met us personally. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery and equipment. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is very well fitted out with excellent storage and everything you could want for catering for the whole group . It was spotlessly clean on our arrival . Communication was always good.
