Has 2 balconies and is surrounded by a beautiful garden where you have the opportunity to barbecue. The house is located in an exclusive and quiet environment in the mountains of Ascona with a fantastic view over Lake Maggiore and the Alps. In just a few minutes walk there is a public park, a children's pool, hiking trails and some good restaurants offering local specialties. It is only 10 minutes by car to Locarno, the city of the International Film Festival, and to Ascona with its beautiful promenades, Gardens, boutiques and shops along the lake and its old town.
