About this apartment rental
An apartment on the first line at Crystal Beach in Miami Playa. The beach - a few metres on foot.
An apartment in a prestigious complex - Los Flamencos in Miami Playa. It has a beautiful sea and Crystal beach view, terrace-balcony with garden furniture.
The apartment has an American kitchen, living-dining room with sofa-bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances.
Parking space is for a medium car (460x215.)
The complex has a swimming pool and lawn garden. There is sea access from the pool area (in addition to the main exit).
The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located in front of the building. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded, even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants, bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.
COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, accesses, passageways, parking areas, ...) shall be subject to the Community regulations and limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.
In the interest of proper coexistence, the hours designated for rest shall be respected. Between 15:00-18:00 and 22:00-10:00, noise and shouting must be avoided, the volume of television sets or music players or similar devices will be limited, and, in general, any activity that disturbs or disrupts other neighbours will be prohibited. The noise limitation makes express reference to the Acoustic Limitation Law of Miami Platja. For not respecting this law, the agency has the right to not return the deposit.

It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning fee.
As this is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.
Check-in online is mandatory before arrival (Royal Decree 933/2021).

Siempre he veraneado en Miami y hace 14 años que lo hago en Los Flamencos. Para nosotras es importante las vistas al mar y a la piscina y poder disfrutar de toda la zona ajardinada. Es un alojamiento familiar, muy tranquilo y nada masificado. Mucha oferta en restauración.
En un alojamiento la limpieza de cocina y baño tiene que ser impecable y algún año, como este, no lo ha sido.
La piscina la hemos encontrado muy dejada: los bordes sucios y el agua turbia.

La ubicación es excepcional, inmejorable, con todos los restaurantes a mano. La piscina y jardín fenomenal. El parque en la puerta de la urbanización muy bueno también

Parking couvert, les places sont trop étroites
Climatisation dans cet appartement, il fallait vider des bouteilles d’eau suite à l’évacuer sinon nous avions de l’eau qui coulait du climatiseur
