The property was amazing. The communication/support by the Grand Hyatt was not as stellar as I would've hoped, based on the cost of the property.

This is on the vail residences property and it’s wonderful to have the space and amenities. Couldn’t recommend more!

The house was great. It was plenty spacious for all 9 of us, where everyone had their own space. A few things did not work in the home, but they did not hinder our stay. I let the property manager know while we were there. We definitely ran out of kitchen towels. In 3 of the bedrooms there was a creepy sound that kept some of us awake. I am not sure if it was a vent outside or what it was, but it made a few of us not sleep very well. Overall, the house was great! Very clean, but the few things that were broke or not working tells me that the maintenance on the home is lacking.
