Our historic home is a newly renovated three levels with lots of space. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your time in Dayton. Built in 1926 this historic treasure features a spacious living room and dinning room with eat in kitchen that has everything you need. Upstairs you will find three cheerfully painted bedrooms and uniquely tiled bathroom. And in the basement another sleeping space and laundry.
Conveniently located just off RT 35 and Wyoming St you will be minutes from all sorts of exciting things that Dayton has to offer.

Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!

The house was surface clean. But dusty with a lot of cobwebs. The fan in the king size bedroom was disgusting. The furniture in pics was different than in the house. The stuff in pics looked much nicer than what was there. The door frame paint was chipped and not fresh. There was a dead bug in the bed. We did not contact the property manager as we were hardly even there. The drains in the bathroom were slow to drain.
